Leh, 13th Aug: Full dress rehearsal for 74th Independence day ceremony took place at the historical Pologround Leh today on 13th August 2020 amidst COVID-19 pandemic with all precautionary measures to contain the spread of Corona virus.
Sachin Kumar Vaishya IAS, Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Leh-Ladakh unfurled the national flag and took salute.
