ITBP Jawans Hoisted Tricolor at 14,000 feet Elevation On The Banks of Pangong Tso in Ladakh, See photos

India is celebrating its 74th Independence Day today.  During this period, the flag was hoisted from the ramparts of the Red Fort to the border of Ladakh.  Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel hoisted the tricolor in Ladakh at an altitude of 14,000 feet.  Let me tell you that for some time, there has been an ongoing dispute between India and China on the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh.

ITBP personnel celebrated Independence Day 2020 on the banks of the Pangong Tso River in Ladakh at 14,000 feet. ITBP personnel hoisted the Tricolor and ITBP flag during this period.

The entire atmosphere became vivid with the echo of Vande Mataram and Bharat Mata.

Significantly, from the ramparts of the Red Fort, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said today that those thinking of expansionism made a lot of efforts for expansion.  The urge for independence brought his intentions to life.  What we are breathing today in independent India is behind the sacrifice, sacrifice and dedication of mother Bharati to liberate mother Bharati.  Today it is a festival to salute all such freedom fighters, the heroes of freedom, the brave martyrs.
